How does donor pays work?

With donor pays we ask your donors for a small optional tip on top of their donation to cover your platform costs

Your donors can choose to not pay this tip and the platform fee will not be passed to you.

Can you choose to disable donor pays at any point?

You can choose to enable donor pays or not when creating your campaign. You can also turn donor pays off at any point in your campaign and you will simply switch back to the transactional fee model.

Each MMS includes 1 media file and 1000 characters.

  • $49 +GST per month for line rental which gives you a dedicated phone number that donors can respond to as well as text to give.
  • $100 management fee per campaign for the GiveEasy team to set up, test and schedule your SMS campaign for you.
